Walmart's B2B, DTC, and omnichannel initiatives have been expanding rapidly in recent years, and with its massive brick-and-mortar footprint of 3,572 Supercenters, 600 Sam's Clubs, and more than 5,300 retail units overall in the U.S, it's no wonder that Walmart is within 10 miles of 90% of the U.S population.

TikTok Frenzy Leads to Amazon Shopping Spree

Did the Hashtag #TikTokMadeMeBuyIt Give the E-Commerce Giant the Boost it Needed in Social Commerce?"

TikTok just announced a new partnership program that'll assist US merchants with advertising on their app, positioning the TikTok For Business Ads Manager as a hub for their TikTok-based marketing. This means that merchants can create and manage TikTok campaigns without leaving their eCommerce platforms and engage with users who are interacting with the latest marketing trends. #TikTokMadeMeBuyIt is now a trending hashtag and a place where products become viral eCommerce legends.

On the other hand, Amazon has launched Inspire, a personalized in-app shopping feed that makes it easy to explore new products, discover ideas, and seamlessly shop content created by other customers, influencers, and brands we love.
