Pay Up 💸

Have you lent your Netflix password to a friend, family and a significant other? Your subscription is about to go up in price. 🍿

After hints of a crackdown in recent months, the streaming behemoth revealed on Tuesday that it will start charging for account sharing early next year. Netflix stated in a letter to shareholders that it plans to create "extra member" sub-accounts in 2023, requiring customers to pay an additional price for friends and family members using their account.🎬

While Netflix has not announced how much the additional member payments will be in the United States, the company is expected to follow a beta model already in place in certain Central and South American nations such as Costa Rica, where a Netflix sub-account costs $2.99, or one-fourth of the $12 monthly subscription rate. 💵

LunaOne Is Challenging The Metaverse Game

Mark Zuckerberg, CEO of Meta Platforms Inc., once defined the metaverse as a virtual world that people may enter instead of just gazing at a screen. 📺

Firms such as Meta Platforms and Microsoft Corp. have spent billions of dollars in recent years constructing a 3D environment in which individuals may virtually communicate, play, shop, work, learn, and participate in events. With Meta fees as high as 47.5% for selling things in its Metaverse, the Web2 paradigm remains unfavourable to customers, builders, and developers. 👀

While Meta Platforms and Alphabet Inc. have begun to innovate in the metaverse, LunaOne, a one-of-a-kind company, is determined to create a metaverse that will stand out. 🤘🏻

LunaOne is developing a hyper-realistic metaverse that will serve as a hub for people's digital personas to live, work, and play in a decentralised society. LunaOne is an open-world concept that allows anyone to game, shop, learn, and attend virtual events in a 3D 360-degree immersive experience with a 1-to-1 reality depiction. 🌝

LunaOne's administration has been dedicated to making the experiences in its metaverse as authentic as possible from the company's inception. 🤩

Youtube Marketing Guide For E-Commerce

YouTube is a relatively unique platform on its own since it mixes the thrilling and engaging aspects of social media with the enormous search traffic and content ranking from Google.

Well, there are numerous repeatable Youtube marketing ideas and tactics that you can use to get started right away. Some of them include optimising videos for search engines, investing in advertising, and working with influencers.

Keep reading if you want to learn how Youtube marketing works.

  • Prepare Content Marketing Strategy : You see, making random videos for the purpose of releasing is the quickest method of failing at Youtube marketing. Before you begin brainstorming ideas, you must first establish goals, objectives, and a plan.

  • Create Channel and Share Your Ecommerce Videos: Start taking action when you've mapped out your strategy. Make a brand channel, fill out your profile, and begin creating content.

  • Promote Your YouTube Videos: One of the initial things you should do after uploading a new video is promote it. The reason is straightforward. You cannot expect people to come to you, especially at first. Share your video with your social media followers. Instead of repeating the title from the post, come up with a catchy theme that encourages people to watch your video. Include your video in a blog post about the same subject. If you don't have one, turn your video into a blog post and do it.

  • Make Your Videos Search Engine Friendly: If you want to be found on YouTube, you should try to rank for relevant keywords. When posting videos, you must have an SEO plan in place or you will be outranked by your competition.

Burrow - ‘Normal Was Never Good Enough’

Burrow gives a new perspective to the furniture market, based on the premise that furniture should be functional, utilitarian, and simple to build. 🪑

Burrow, with the tagline "the luxury couch for real life," supplies sofas and other home furnishings to those who desire high-quality furniture without the hefty price tag. 🛋

Burrow's big secret? 🤫

Their initial objective was to reverse-engineer a luxury sofa so that it could be separated into pieces, which resulted in a slew of added benefits. 🛏

Musk Wants To Make Twitter An ‘Everything App’ Plan

Elon Musk is fond of the letter "X." He refers to his son Grimes, whose full name is a combination of letters and symbols, as "X." He titled the company he formed to buy Twitter "X Holdings." SpaceX is, of course, his rocket firm. 🚀

He now plans to transform Twitter into an "everything app" called X. 📱

For months, Elon Musk, CEO of Tesla and SpaceX, has indicated an interest in establishing his version of WeChat for the rest of the world - a "super app" that does video chats, messaging, streaming, and payments. At least, until he's finished buying Twitter following months of legal wrangling over the USD44 billion acquisition agreement he inked in April.💵

There are only a few major hurdles. The first is that a Musk-owned Twitter would not be the only global corporation pursuing this goal, and would most likely be lagging behind its competitors. 👨🏻‍🚀

Then there's the matter of whether anyone wants a Twitter-based everything app - or any other super app - in the first place. 📲

Begin by considering the competition and consumer desire. Meta, Facebook's parent company, has spent years attempting to make its flagship platform a one-stop shop for everything online, adding payment, games, shopping, and even dating tools to its social media network. It has achieved little success until now; almost all of its revenue is still derived from marketing.📈

Google, Snap, TikTok, Uber, and other companies have all attempted to join the super app bandwagon, extending their products in an attempt to become indispensable to consumers as they go about their daily lives. 🤳🏻
